Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Access continues through the current paid period. If a first subscription purchase was accidental or the service did not function for you, contact us within seven days and we will review a refund request.

We will refund a paid conversion that fails and cannot be delivered, duplicate charges, or credits that were not granted. Successfully delivered conversion files and used credits are ordinarily non-refundable because they are immediately consumable digital services.

Before buying, confirm that your operating system and plugin format are supported. If the release bundle cannot be installed or the plugin cannot be validated in a supported host, contact us within 14 days. We will first try to resolve the issue; if we cannot, we will refund the purchase. Duplicate charges are always refundable.
How to request help or a refund
Use the secure refund form and include the purchase email, date, product, and a short description. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; processor timing may vary.
